Was Work Done?: Yes Approximate Cost: $60 Cost Breakdown: Labor & Materials Description of Work: Removed bad stain on carpet caused by tenant putting duct tape down on it. Comments: We had another guy steam clean the carpet, but he was not able to get the stain to come out, so we called Armando to take a crack at it, and he used a special chemical that removed the duct tape residue and stain. Amazing! Did you find the company through Savvy Landlord?: Yes What did you like most about this contractor?: Guarantees his work

Was Work Done?: Yes Description of Work: Installed new pergo wood flooring in living room, dining room, hallways and stairs, new slate floors in kitchen and bathroom, and new carpet in 3 bedrooms. Comments: Much lower prices per square foot than the big retail store installers such as Home Depot. What did you like most about this contractor?: Pretty good quality for low price What did you hate about this contractor?: They were slow.
