During business hours, working tenants are often not home to receive their UPS or FedEx packages and the driver sometimes tries to leave the package at the manager's office. If you'd like to be helpful and do your tenants a favor and accept the package on their behalf, you should be careful. There is potential liability associated with your resident manager and employees signing for packages and holding mail for other people. Use this signature release to protect yourself if you decide to offer this service to any tenants.
