Savvy Landlord gives you the collected wisdom of thousands of landlords throughout Los Angeles. You benefit from the unbiased, word-of-mouth experiences they've had with numerous companies in over 40 different service categories.
The phone book and other "old school" consumer sources are often outdated and too unwieldy to use, especially when traveling around town. The Yellow Pages is also filled with marketing hype. Basically, whichever company spends the most money on fancy, full-page ads gets the lion's share of the business from consumers. From our past experience as property owners, we have found that sometimes the biggest service companies are the worst to deal with. Quality work is certainly not guaranteed no matter how much you spend, and numerous landlords have been burned when using the so-called "big boys." - I don't see the Google Map on the company profile page. How do I get it to appear?
In rare instances, when using the Firefox browser, you may need to clear your browser cache in order to see the Google Maps. Sign out of Savvy Landlord, then clear your browser cache, and then sign in again. The Maps should appear now. To clear the cache in Firefox, click Tools on the Firefox main menu, then click Options. A pop up box will appear. Click the Advanced button, then click the Network tab.
