Q&A Forum (Coming Soon)The web is a vast sea of information on a plethora of topics. It can be very difficult to find an answer to your question. Google search is fine for popular topics, but hunting down the specific information you need is often a time consuming process. Sometimes it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Are you prepared to surf for hours, clicking dozens of links, to discover the right answer? And even if you do find a website that you think is accurate, can you really trust the source? Can you trust a company website that's trying to sell you something? A local apartment association website that was last updated in 2001? A discussion board or blog posting that's open to the general public? How do you know that it isn't just some idiot or loony like my Uncle Fred giving you his answer? Unfortunately, it's not easy to decipher who really knows what they are talking about. That is why we encourage active participation in our Savvy Landlord community Q&A Forum where members can ask questions on any relevant topic, answer other members' questions, and rate the best answers to those questions. Every bit of info on this site can be voted on, so trustworthy answers are promoted and the crap is weeded out. People just like you tell if they think an answer was useful, and if most people agree, you'll see that answer is "trusted." This means experienced landlords can help other members with unusual problems that pop up at their apartment buildings. No matter what problem you're having with a tenant or other individual, somebody else surely has already experienced it. Why not learn from other people's mistakes and their successes? Have a question? Ask it. Know an answer? Share it. On the Savvy Landlord Q&A Forum site, you must first register for a separate forum account with a user name and password in order to ask a question, submit an answer, rate a question, or add a comment. After you are registered on the Forum, you can simply Sign In to participate. Savvy Blog (Coming Soon)Contribute to the discussion on our informative blog.
