Who's eligible to become an Affiliate?

Any company that focuses on the needs of landlords may qualify to participate in the Savvy Landlord Affiliate Program. A company may submit an application, but Savvy Landlord reserves the right to refuse applications. We also reserve the right to revoke any company's participation at any time at our sole discretion.

My website operates outside North America. Can my company become an Affiliate?

The Affiliate Program is currently only available to websites servicing United States and Canada residents.

What do I need to do to apply?

Sign up to become an affiliate member of Savvy Landlord. You will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions for the affiliate program. Read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. After you are registered, login to your member profile and click on the "AFFILIATE APPLICATION" tab. Complete our online application. After we receive your application, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted into our Affiliate program.

YOU MUST HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. We will only send affiliate payments to PAYPAL accounts. We will not send out payments by check.

How do I create links?

Once you are approved as an Affiliate you will be given access to all affiliate links under "AFFILIATES" in the menu. At that point, you can cut and paste a unique code into your website. It is easy to setup.

How often do I get paid?

You will be paid commissions monthly if you have more than $25.00 in your account.

How do you track sales?

Commissions and payments are tracked by the affiliate system, iDevAffiliate.

How much do I get paid?
